Promoted by the Brazilian Synchrotron Light Laboratory (LNLS) and the Brazilian Nanotechnology National Laboratory (LNNano) of the Brazilian Center for Research in Energy and Materials (CNPEM), the 21st Brazilian Workshop on Semiconductor Physics (BWSP) has opened its registration and abstract submission period. The event will take place from September 2nd to 6th, 2024, at Sirius, located on the CNPEM campus in Campinas-SP.
Initiated in 1983, the BWSP has become a traditional event in the field of Semiconductor Physics in Brazil. The 21st edition aims to bring together the Brazilian semiconductor physics community for lectures on the most important and current topics in the field. The program will cover diverse themes, including Traditional and Emerging Topics in Semiconductors, Nanostructure Fabrication Techniques, Devices, and Quantum Technologies, among others.
