Maria Helena de Oliveira Piazzetta
Graduated in Chemistry from the Methodist University of Piracicaba in 1989. She has a technical background in chemistry from Colégio Técnico Estadual Conselheiro Antônio Prado (COTICAP/1984). She worked at CPqD / Telebrás from 1985 to 1991 and from 1996 to 2000 (in this period as a CNPq Scholar). She actively participated in the development of Microwave Amplifiers and Sensors for SAW, MCM process, in the stages of photolithography, electrodeposition, metal corrosion and inspection. Since 2000, she works in Microfabricação. Chemically responsible for the Microfabrication laboratory and as support to internal and external users in the development of their research projects that require photolithographic techniques (optical and soft), as well as in the main cleanroom manufacturing techniques and processes (device sealing, electrodeposition and corrosion of metals, cold plasma and fabrication of masks).
